My body has a small issue: I have varicocele — which causes a slight discomfort in my left testicle.
The onset can happen without any reason, at any time.
But I’ve noticed that whenever I sit for long periods / stay up late / lack exercise / skip meals / or when the temperature between my legs is high, the chances of it occurring increase significantly.
Basically, as long as I exercise regularly, go to bed early, avoid prolonged sitting, eat balanced meals on time, and keep cool, I can greatly reduce the likelihood of symptoms appearing. Of course, even if I do all of the above, there’s still a chance it may flare up — but the probability is much lower.
